Copic Markers - Must Have? *OR* Nice to Have?

I don't have any Copic Markers but I sure love the way they look!!!!

Does anybody have them?  What are the pro's or con's?  They seem expensive, but they are refillable?  Does that make them worthwhile?

I'd love to hear your thoughts!!!!
